Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring Aerospace Warehouse Specialists I, II, and III for an aerospace manufacturer in Everett, WA. These are fulltime, permanent day shift positions. 

These positions support the movement, tracking, storage, and control of aerospace components and materials in a regulated manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will have experience maintaining inventory accuracy, product traceability, certification documentation, and quality standards commonly found within the aerospace industry.

Applicants must have previous aerospace or aviation industry experience to be considered.

Pay Ranges

Warehouse Specialist I: $20.77 - $22.50/hr DOE
Warehouse Specialist II: $22.50 - $24.50/hr DOE
Warehouse Specialist III: $24.50 - $25.96/hr DOE

Location: Everett, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM Start Time
Overtime Available

What You'll Do

Depending on experience level, responsibilities may include:

• Receiving, stocking, issuing, and moving aerospace materials and components
• Reading pick lists and accurately pulling inventory
• Executing inventory transactions within ERP systems
• Verifying packing slips, certifications, and inventory documentation
• Performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other material handling equipment
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Preparing and packaging materials for shipment
• Managing shelf-life-controlled inventory
• Supporting engineering change activities through material control processes
• Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
• Maintaining warehouse organization and safety standards
• Training and mentoring team members (Level II & III)
• Coordinating warehouse operations and process improvements (Level III)

Minimum Qualifications

Required

• Previous aerospace or aviation industry experience
• Experience working in aerospace manufacturing, aerospace logistics, aviation, aircraft parts distribution, aerospace supply chain, or FAA-regulated environments
• Previous warehouse, inventory control, logistics, stockroom, or material handling experience
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the workday

Preferred

• Experience working in AS9100-certified environments
• ERP inventory management experience
• Forklift certification or previous forklift experience
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Cycle counting and inventory auditing experience
• Experience maintaining product traceability and certification records

Additional Qualifications for Warehouse Specialist III

• Aerospace warehouse leadership or team lead experience
• Advanced ERP and inventory management skills
• Experience training and mentoring employees
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Continuous improvement and process optimization experience

Successful candidates must submit to a background check and drug screen.
