Express Employment Professionals of Everett is recruiting for a manufacturing company in Marysville that is seeking two experienced Welders for temp-to-hire opportunities. This position is ideal for certified welders who take pride in producing high-quality work, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to a productive team environment.

We are looking for candidates with a current Journeyman Welder certification and experience with WABO-certified welding processes. Applicants must possess either a Dual-Shield WABO Certification or a Hardwire WABO Certification.

What You'll Do:

• Perform welding on aluminum and stainless steel using MIG and TIG processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Set up welding equipment and select proper materials for each project
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and compliance with specifications
• Repair and modify metal components and structures as needed
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials before fabrication
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in safe working condition
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards
• Support additional fabrication and production duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Current Journeyman Welder certification
• Minimum 2 years of welding experience; 5+ years preferred
• Current WABO certification in either:
  • Dual-Shield, or
  • Hardwire
• Welding certificate or formal welding training
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, sparks, and noise
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
