Structural-Steel Foreman | Day Shift

Phoenix, AZ | $30–$44/hour

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Scissor-Lift Certified Foreman for a structural-steel construction project in North Phoenix. One day-shift opening is available. 

What You’ll Do

Proposed duties below require client approval before publishing.

• Coordinate daily crew assignments and work sequencing.
• Communicate material, equipment and staffing needs to project leadership.
• Monitor progress and reinforce project safety and quality expectations.

What We’re Looking For

Proposed experience criteria require client approval.

• Structural-steel construction experience with prior crew-leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to interpret drawings, organize work and communicate clearly.
• Scissor-lift certification required, subject to site verification and a refresher if needed.

Schedule

• Day: 3:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• Rotation of two six-day workweeks followed by one five-day workweek.
