Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  Schedule and coordinate a high volume of appointments
  Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding services and scheduling
  Maintain accurate records and update customer information in company systems
  Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and other departments
  Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
  Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  Support daily office operations as needed

Qualifications / Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required
  Experience scheduling a high volume of appointments required
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  Proficiency with computers and office software
  Healthcare or medical office experience highly preferred
  Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  Must be able to pass a background screening and drug screening in accordance with Washington State law
