Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Available as needed

A busy construction manufacturing facility in Bertram, TX is looking for dependable, hardworking General Laborers / Construction Helpers / Production Workers to join its team immediately!

This is a hands-on, physically demanding position assisting with the production of large concrete beams, columns, and structural components used in parking garages and commercial buildings.

If you enjoy physical work, working with tools, and staying active throughout your shift, this could be a great opportunity!

What You'll Do

• Assist with preparing, setting up, and handling concrete forms and molds.
• Tie rebar (reinforcing steel) used in concrete structures.
• Load, unload, lift, and move construction materials.
• Help manufacture large concrete beams and columns.
• Safely operate basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Assist production teams with daily construction and manufacturing tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Must be comfortable standing and performing physical labor for the entire shift.
• Ability to work outdoors or in an industrial production environment as assigned.
• Comfortable lifting, bending, moving materials, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Experience in construction, concrete work, rebar tying, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely with a team.
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to start immediately.
• English is NOT required! Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
