We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined Belt Fabricator & Installer to join a growing team. In this role, you'll build, repair, and install conveyor belts in both the shop and at customer locations. If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, and don't mind getting out into the field when customers need emergency support, this is a great opportunity to learn a specialized trade.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and fabricate conveyor belts to customer specifications
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and parts
• Measure, cut, and assemble belt materials using hand tools and shop equipment
• Install and repair conveyor belts at customer facilities
• Respond to emergency service calls and travel to customer sites as needed
• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Complete projects and service calls in a timely manner
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and systems
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials as required
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous fabrication, installation, maintenance, or construction experience is a plus
