2nd Shift - Assembler / Production

Located in Bloomingdale, IL

Salary: 18.12/hr

We are seeking a dependable Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling products and components according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and customer specifications while maintaining quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and subassemblies following work instructions, drawings, diagrams, and verbal instructions
• Read and navigate assembly process documents, including work orders and method sheets
• Position parts using templates and measurements
• Fasten components and subassemblies to complete assemblies
• Inspect connections and finished products for proper fit and quality
• Measure cable lengths according to customer specifications
• Monitor product quality and report defects or equipment issues
• Maintain production standards and follow safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of experience in a production, assembly, or machine operator role
• Ability to read, understand, and follow assembly documents and work instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks accurately
• Must be able to communicate in English (60%+ proficiency)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
