We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Forklift Associate to join our warehouse team. This role involves order fulfillment, shipping operations, and forklift use to ensure products are accurately processed and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift (approximately 20% of the time)
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL carriers
• Verify order accuracy before shipping
• Create and manage shipping documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of shipping or warehouse experience
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple warehouse functions
• Experience with shipping software and ERP systems preferred
• Familiarity with Sage ERP is a plus
