🚛 CLASS A CDL & WINCH TRUCK DRIVERS NEEDED!

Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting experienced Class A CDL Drivers and Winch Truck Drivers for opportunities in the Hobbs, New Mexico area!

We are seeking dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious drivers with experience hauling flatbed loads, operating winch trucks, transporting oilfield equipment, and properly securing loads.

This position requires long hours, with approximately 70–80 hours of work per week. Candidates must be willing and available to work extended hours while complying with applicable DOT hours-of-service regulations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate Class A CDL commercial vehicles, including flatbed and winch trucks.
Transport tubular goods, oilfield equipment, materials, and other loads to designated locations.
Safely load, unload, strap, chain, and secure materials for transportation.
Operate winch truck equipment safely and efficiently as required.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Ensure loads are properly balanced and secured in compliance with DOT regulations.
Maintain accurate driving logs, delivery paperwork, and inspection records.
Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
Assist with loading and unloading when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class A CDL – REQUIRED.
Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
Previous flatbed hauling and load securement experience.
Winch truck experience preferred for winch driver positions.
Experience hauling tubular goods or oilfield equipment is a plus.
Knowledge of proper strapping, chaining, and load securement procedures.
Acceptable driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.
Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented.
Must be willing to work approximately 70–80 hours per week, subject to DOT regulations.
