Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting dependable, hardworking individuals for Warehouse Associate and Warehouse/Counter Sales positions in the Midland, TX area!

We are looking for motivated candidates with warehouse experience, strong work ethics, and a willingness to learn.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

📦 Warehouse Associates

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and shipments.

• Pull, pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.

• Load and unload trucks and deliveries.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.

• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties.

🛒 Warehouse/Counter Sales Associates

• Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and order processing.

• Provide excellent customer service at the sales counter.

• Pull and prepare customer orders from warehouse inventory.

• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and receiving shipments.

• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate order records.

• Communicate with customers regarding product availability.

• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.

• Counter sales or customer service experience preferred for sales positions.

• Forklift experience is a plus.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be local to Midland/Odessa or surrounding areas.

📍 Location: Midland, TX

💵 Starting Pay: $19+/HR DOE
