Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Eastlake, OH Area
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: 1st shift

Job Summary

Our client in the Eastlake area is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join their manufacturing team. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
• Assemble, inspect, package, and label products according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Monitor materials and report any defects or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet production goals and performance expectations.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Standing for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching.
• Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
