Located in Roanoke, VA

Salary: $18-$20/hr BOE

 

• Show Apartments – Give property tours to prospective residents and explain available units, amenities, pricing, and lease options.
• Assist with Leasing – Help applicants complete applications, gather required documentation, and guide them through the leasing and move-in process.
• Resident Customer Service – Answer resident questions, respond to concerns, and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Marketing & Lead Follow-Up – Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries, follow up with prospective residents, and help promote available apartments.
• Office & Property Support – Maintain leasing records, process paperwork, coordinate with maintenance/property management, and help keep the leasing office and model units presentable.
