We’re partnering with a highly reputable company in Spokane that is looking to add an experienced Licensed HVAC Technician to their team! If you have a strong background in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, and take pride in providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to join an established company with the potential for long-term employment.

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Work with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
• Read and interpret equipment specifications, schematics, and technical documentation
• Ensure all work meets applicable safety codes and industry standards
• Provide professional service and communicate effectively with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Current, valid HVAC license appropriate for the work being performed
• Previous hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical components
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
