Job Description:
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dish area while supporting the kitchen and dining team throughout the shift.

Job Duties:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely.
• Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Return clean dishes and supplies to designated areas.
• Sweep, mop, remove trash, and assist with general kitchen cleanup.
• Follow all sanitation, food-safety, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Assist cooks and other kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
• Maintain a steady workflow during busy meal periods.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
