Property Maintenance General Laborer

Located in Royal Oak, MI

Salary: $20-24/hr BOE

Local Royal Oak Handyman company seeking General Laborer whose core responsibilities include property maintenance tasks for residential properties.

Duties include: 

• Property maintenance tasks including drywall Repair, minor electrical and plumbing tasks on residential properties
• Operating hand and power tools
• Operating company vehicles to travel to client sites

Location: Royal Oak, MI 

Shift: Day Shift

Position type: Full time, long term, permanent

Pay: $20-25/hr Based on Experience

An Ideal Candidate will possess the following:

• 1+ year property maintenance experience 
• Proficient in minor electrical and plumbing tasks
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Ability to work well with other colleagues.
• Ability to perform routine or non-complex maintenance tasks without assistance or supervision.
