Job Title: HVAC Technician

Pay: $25.00+ per hour 
Additional Compensation: Commission pay + Overtime (after hire-on)
Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | Overtime available | On-call rotation required

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues related to HVAC units.
- Repair or replace components such as blowers, fans, control units, wiring, and ductwork.
- Install new HVAC equipment and control systems as needed.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and company vehicle.
- Accurately document work performed, and materials used.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA Certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC (residential or commercial).
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (MVR may be required).
- Ability to lift 50lbs plus and perform physical labor in various environments.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, wiring, and tools.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:
- HVAC Experience: 1 year (Required)
- Drivers License: Required
- EPA Certification: Required
- Drug Screening (DS): Not required
- Background Check (BG): Not required
