CNC Lathe Operator – 2nd Shift

Monday–Friday 3:15 PM–11:45 PM | Overtime & Saturdays as Needed | Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $20-$22 

Are you a detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator with experience using precision inspection tools? Join a team in an industrial manufacturing environment!

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate CNC lathes while following manufacturing procedures and work instructions

  • Use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools to verify parts meet specifications

  • Use small hand tools to change tool inserts when required

  • Follow all shop safety policies and manufacturing processes

  • Perform work involving standing, lifting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and reaching

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC lathes

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to read and understand written instructions in English and follow verbal instructions in English

  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, and small hand tools

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

  • Availability for overtime at the end of the shift and Saturdays as requested

Work Environment & Safety:

  • Industrial manufacturing environment with moderate noise and exposure to machine coolants, lubricants, and acetone

  • Safety-toe shoes required and must be provided by the candidate

  • Hearing protection, eye protection, and other required PPE supplied by the client
