Customer Service Coordinator – Anaheim, CA
$22–$28/hr DOE | Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30 | In-Office | Temp-to-Hire
Are you a customer-focused multitasker with experience in international/export operations? Join a team supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment!
What You’ll Do:
Handle customer calls/emails, process orders, track shipments, prepare quotes, and set up new accounts
Assist with customer complaints, product returns, and routing technical service/support inquiries
Coordinate with sales, marketing, accounting, manufacturing, quality, and shipping to keep orders moving smoothly
Support field sales with order status, account updates, inventory reports, and logistics for tradeshows and promotions
Apply knowledge of export procedures, Export Administration Regulations (EAR), INCOTERMS 2020, and international shipping documentation
Coordinate with overseas distributors, sales representatives, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
Help identify and implement process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of related customer service or logistics coordination experience, including coordinating timely deliveries with multiple moving parts
3+ years of export experience, including export regulations, procedures, documentation, and INCOTERMS 2020
International/export experience in manufacturing preferred; freight forwarding/export coordination experience also considered
Strong communication and phone skills; fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English; Spanish preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook; Wondershare PDF Editor a plus
Organized, self-motivated, and able to solve problems and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
