Assist with basic construction, assembly, and installation tasks
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Measure, align, and secure materials according to project specifications
Load, unload, and organize materials on site (must be able to lift 75 pounds)
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Support skilled trades team as needed throughout the project
Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Basic experience with tools or construction required
