Hours:
• 1st shift, Monday through Friday 7.00am - 3.30pm

Bethlehem manufacturing company with a focus on designing and manufacturing electrical distribution products, emergency power systems, medium voltage switchgear, powerhouses or lighting products has an immediate opening for a Press Brake Operator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required by production needs; this may include being temporarily moved to another department or area to help or cross-train.

Duties include:
• Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Sets stops or guides to specified length as indicated by scale, rule, or template.
• Measures work piece dimensions to determine accuracy and quality of machine operation.
• Performs minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, dies, or work pieces.
• Sets up machine, and stacks, marks, packs, and transports finished work pieces.
• Assists in directing the workflow within a specified department.
• Follows all safety rules.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 Years PRESS BRAKE machine operator experience
• Able to multiply, subtract, add and divide in all units of measure as well as read a tape measure and verifies dimensions of workpiece.
