Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced CNC / Manual Machinist to join its machine shop. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on machining experience who can do more than simply operate a machine. We're looking for someone comfortable with setup, machining, adjustments, and producing quality parts to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery
• Program and/or make adjustments using G-code
• Perform machine adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts and perform quality checks
• Read and follow work orders and production requirements
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Milling experience is required - 1-3 years
• Maintain safe, accurate, and efficient production

Ideal Experience

• Previous CNC machining experience
• CNC machine setup experience
• G-code programming/editing experience
• Manual machining experience strongly preferred
• Experience with precision measurement and quality control
• Mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and productivity

We're especially interested in machinists who can independently set up equipment, make adjustments, and troubleshoot machining issues rather than candidates whose experience is limited to basic CNC operation.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $22-$24
