We're Hiring! We are seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented District Coordinator to support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and keeping operations running smoothly!

What You'll Do: Manage purchase orders and sales orders through QuickBooks, coordinate One-Call utility locates, assist with employee onboarding and Driver Qualification (DQ) files, communicate with customers and vendors, and provide general administrative support across district operations.

What We're Looking For: Previous administrative experience, strong computer skills, QuickBooks proficiency, and excellent organizational and communication abilities. Experience with utility locates or DQ files is a plus! Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
