Location: Waddell, AZ
Pay: $32.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Duration: Approximately 4 Weeks

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Coordinator to provide temporary support for a busy operation in Waddell, AZ. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR functions for a workforce of approximately 24 employees and ensuring a smooth employee experience from recruitment through onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR administrative functions
• Coordinate recruiting efforts and schedule interviews
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding
• Enter and maintain employee information in HR systems
• Assist with employee relations matters and employee concerns
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of personnel records
• Support managers and employees with HR-related questions

Qualifications:

• Previous HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or related HR experience required
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee relations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
