Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate for a full-time, temp-to-perm role in a fast-paced distribution facility. In this role, you will be responsible for order picking, packing, loading, unloading shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory.

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders according to pick tickets and packing lists.

• Loading & Unloading: Efficiently unload incoming freight and load outbound trucks manually or using manual material-handling equipment.

• Inventory & Staging: Sort, stack, and move merchandise to designated warehouse locations or staging bays.

• Quality & Accuracy: Conduct visual inspections on inbound/outbound shipments to ensure correct quantities and check for damage.

• Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company safety and sanitation standards.

Position Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year of prior warehouse or logistics experience required.

• Language: Bilingual Spanish required (must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish with team members and leadership).

• Physical Capability: Must be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.

• Safety Gear: Steel-toe boots may be required depending on the specific work area.

• Punctuality & Attendance: Reliable transportation and a strong track record of consistent, on-time attendance.

• Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
