We are currently seeking an experienced Line Cook to join a fast-paced restaurant team. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience as a Line Cook, Grill Cook, Restaurant Cook, Prep Cook, or Kitchen Team Member who enjoy working in a high-volume food service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to established recipes and kitchen standards
• Cook menu items on the grill and other cooking stations as assigned
• Complete food preparation duties before and during service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Follow food safety and restaurant safety guidelines
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Grill Cook or Line Cook experience required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Dependable with strong attention to quality and consistency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen-related tasks
