Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Regional Head of Supply Chain Fulfillment to lead and oversee regional supply chain operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain performance, ensuring efficient order processing, purchasing, inventory coordination, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will have strong operational leadership experience, the ability to develop and lead teams, and a proven track record of improving processes, service levels, and overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop teams responsible for order processing, purchasing, warehousing, and supply chain coordination.
Oversee the complete order-to-cash process, including order management, invoicing, shipping, and customer fulfillment.
Manage supplier relationships, intercompany purchasing, material availability, and inventory allocation.
Oversee domestic and international shipping, logistics partners, and freight providers.
Ensure compliance with applicable trade regulations, customs requirements, and shipping documentation.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing to support business objectives and customer needs.
Monitor key performance indicators, identify operational improvements, and implement process efficiencies.
Resolve complex operational issues while maintaining service, quality, and delivery expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing supply chain or fulfillment operations.
Strong knowledge of purchasing, order management, inventory, and logistics processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Experience in the textile machinery, industrial equipment, or parts and service industry is preferred.
Additional Information
Full-time, salaried position.
Up to 10% travel, including occasional overnight travel.
Evening and weekend availability may occasionally be required based on business needs.
