Seasonal Warehouse Associate - Napa County, CA

We are seeking dependable Seasonal Warehouse Associates to support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations in Napa County during the busy holiday season. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory and product organization.
• Keep warehouse shelves, racks, and workstations clean and organized.
• Assist with labeling, kitting, and other special projects.
• Support daily warehouse operations as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work collaboratively with a team.

Schedule

• Approximately 20 hours per week to start.
• Seasonal assignment through the holiday season.
• Hours may increase based on business demands and holiday order volume.
• Additional overtime opportunities may be available as operational needs require.
