A growing location-data verification project is seeking reliable and tech-savvy Canvassers to verify business information throughout the Phoenix area. This position involves visiting local businesses, collecting information, taking exterior photos, and submitting data through an Android application. Job Reference: #3069SE Position Overview The purpose of this project is to verify commercial business-location data in the field. Canvassers will visit restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and other commercial locations to confirm business information and submit findings through a mobile application. This is not a sales position and does not require employees to sell products or interview business owners. Canvasser Responsibilities
- Visit assigned businesses and commercial locations
- Verify businesses are open and operating
- Confirm business names and addresses are accurate
- Validate storefront information and location details
- Take required exterior photographs of businesses
- Submit collected information using an Android application
- Travel independently between assigned locations
- Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity goals
Performance Expectations
- Target production goal of 60 completed locations per day
- Approximately 60 completed locations qualifies as a full workday
- Performance bonuses may be available based on productivity and accuracy
Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must possess an Android smartphone
- Must have active mobile data/internet service
- Comfortable using smartphone applications and technology
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance and dependability required
- Must be able to travel throughout assigned territories
Experience & Education
- No previous canvassing or data collection experience required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to drive for up to 8 hours per day
- Frequent entry and exit from vehicle
- Ability to travel between multiple business locations daily
Equipment Requirements
- Personal Android phone required
- Personal mobile data plan required
- Phone and SIM purchases are not reimbursed without prior written approval
