Loan Operations Processor

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Loan Operations Processor for a local financial institution. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with loan processing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service and support to lending staff.

Pay

$21.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Process construction draws and insurance payouts.
• Process FBO account draws and maintain accurate records.
• Collect W-9 information and assist with 1099 reporting.
• Prepare lien waivers and coordinate with construction inspectors.
• Update loan files with insurance information and loan note changes.
• Monitor loan balances and prepare payoff quotes.
• Review loan transactions and note exceptions.
• Balance multiple general ledger accounts.
• Provide support to lending staff with loan servicing and processing activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Review coupon orders and prepare adverse action notices.
• Perform loan monitoring activities.
• Balance Private Mortgage Insurance (MGIC) monthly and send annual notices.
• Review appraisals and certified market analyses.
• Prepare daily morning reports.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous loan processing or related banking experience required.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to accuracy.
• Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Computers, scanners, printers, fax machines, copiers, calculators, and other standard office equipment.
• Data entry and loan processing systems.
• Microsoft Office applications.
