A/C & Electrical Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our growing A/C and Electrical service team. This role will coordinating service calls, assisting customers, entering data accurately, and maintaining detailed notes on technician schedules and job updates. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a team-oriented office environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential and commercial service calls
• Dispatch with daily scheduling and route coordination
• Enter and update customer information, service requests, and job details in the system
• Maintain accurate and detailed notes regarding customer interactions and service updates
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding schedules and job statuses
• Follow up with customers as needed regarding appointments and service requests
• Process paperwork and perform general administrative support duties
• Ensure all information is entered accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Detail-oriented with strong note-taking abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized 
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• HVAC, electrical, or home service industry experience is a plus, but not required

Full-Time M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
