Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM–10:00 AM; and Saturday or Sunday, 6:00 AM–10:00 AM, as scheduled.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial / Cleaning Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of a private country club facility. This individual will be responsible for cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, offices, hallways, and common areas while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, countertops, mirrors, and floors.
Maintain locker rooms and showers, including regular deep cleaning and disinfecting.
Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the clubhouse, offices, and common areas.
Empty trash receptacles and maintain cleanliness around indoor and outdoor trash containers.
Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, and stainless-steel surfaces.
Sanitize frequently touched surfaces throughout the facility.
Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, window sills, and other surfaces.
Maintain exterior entrances and sidewalks by removing dirt, leaves, and debris.
Complete scheduled deep-cleaning assignments, including restroom partitions, showers, windows, and locker doors.
Wash, dry, and fold cleaning rags as needed.
Monitor cleaning supplies and keep storage areas organized.
Perform routine touch-up cleaning throughout the shift to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or supply shortages to management.
Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred.
Experience cleaning commercial facilities, clubhouses, hotels, or similar environments is a plus.
Ability to work independently and follow a structured cleaning schedule.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to safely operate basic cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals according to instructions.
Must be reliable, punctual, and available for early morning shifts and assigned weekend hours.
Professional appearance and respectful attitude when interacting with members, guests, and staff.
