Call Center Representative – Lead Generation

Location: Miami Lakes, FL
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour + Performance-Based Bonuses

Schedule: Rotating Shifts – Weekend Availability Required

Schedule and Hours of Operation

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Employees will work rotating shifts based on business needs.

• Weekend availability is mandatory.

• Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join a growing home improvement company specializing in impact windows, doors, roofing, and bathroom remodeling.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone, and possess the ability to engage potential customers, generate leads, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from homeowners interested in home improvement services.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain consistent communication.

• Identify customer needs and provide information about available products and services.

• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate customer information, call records, and follow-up notes in the company's system.

• Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns.

• Meet established performance goals related to lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer engagement.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must speak English fluently.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable making and receiving calls throughout the workday.

• Strong customer service skills and a professional phone presence.

• Ability to engage customers, build rapport, and generate interest in services.

• Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have flexible availability, including Saturdays and Sundays.

• Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, or lead generation experience is preferred.

Compensation and Employment Details

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour.

• Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonuses.

• Employment Arrangement: Temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

• Overtime: May be available or required based on current business needs, with the goal of reducing overtime as operations stabilize.
