Job Title: Porter

Schedule: 4-5 days per week, approximately 32-40 hours per week (schedule TBD)

Pay: $20 per hour

Description:
Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of a residential apartment community. This position plays an important role in supporting day-to-day property operations and ensuring common areas remain clean, stocked, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and dispose of garbage throughout the property
• Clean and maintain office areas
• Empty office trash receptacles and shredders
• Sweep and mop common areas
• Clean common-area restrooms
• Restock paper towels, toilet paper, and other janitorial supplies

Qualifications or Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, porter, custodial, housekeeping, or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and carrying supplies
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Professional attitude and good communication skills
