Express Employment Professionals – South Las Vegas is seeking an organized, hands-on Onsite Workforce Manager to support employees and daily operations at a client location in Las Vegas.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in staffing, HR coordination, employee relations, or workforce supervision. You will serve as the primary onsite contact for Express associates, coordinating with client leadership to address employee needs and maintain dependable staffing coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, required documentation, and department assignments.
• Work with supervisors to manage schedules, shift changes, attendance, and staffing coverage.
• Address employee questions and workplace concerns, document issues, and escalate sensitive matters to appropriate leadership.
• Identify missing time punches and payroll discrepancies and coordinate corrections with Express.
• Conduct regular departmental walkthroughs and maintain a visible, approachable onsite presence.
• Communicate schedule changes, workplace expectations, safety reminders, and operational updates.
• Assist with workplace injury reporting and incident documentation using established procedures.
• Organize, track, and distribute uniforms and approved supplies.
• Maintain employee rosters, administrative records, and end-of-assignment documentation.
• Assist client leadership with administrative tasks, internal communications, meetings, and special projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, workforce management, HR coordination, operations, or a related supervisory role.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information and employee concerns.
• Familiarity with scheduling, attendance tracking, timecards, and basic payroll processes.
• Comfort using email, spreadsheets, and employee management systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Availability to work the required client schedule. Specific hours and assignment details will be discussed during the hiring process.

Compensation

$28–$34 per hour, depending on relevant experience. Immediate start available.
