Production Associate
Position Overview
A manufacturer is seeking reliable Production Associates for a long-term opportunity in a meat processing facility. Responsibilities include processing raw meat, packaging, labeling, loading, and performing quality control checks. This role requires working in a refrigerated environment with temperatures between 40–45°F.
Key Responsibilities

Process and package raw meat products.

Perform quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.

Label products accurately and prepare items for shipment.

Load and handle products throughout the production process.

Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (40–45°F).

Previous manufacturing, food processing, or farming experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
