What You'll Do:

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools to build and wire custom assemblies
• Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and workmanship
• Read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow established safety procedures and manufacturing standards

What We're Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or production experience preferred
• Comfortable working with hand tools and small components
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Someone who enjoys building, creating, or working on hands-on projects (model building, hobbies, fabrication, etc.)
• Dependable, positive attitude, and eager to learn
• Looking for an opportunity to grow with a company
