Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring reliable and safety-minded Forklift Operators for a manufacturing client in Marysville. This position is responsible for safely moving, storing, and loading finished products while supporting production and shipping operations.

Day Shift

• $21.50/hr
• Monday-Thursday
• 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Swing Shift

• $22.50/hr
• Monday-Thursday
• 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Operate a forklift to move, stack, relocate, and load materials throughout the facility
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections before use
• Check oil, water, and fuel levels to ensure equipment is operating properly
• Ensure production and packaging lines have adequate empty pallet supplies
• Remove palletized bags from production lines and place them on the stretch-wrapper
• Operate stretch-wrapping equipment and replace stretch film as needed
• Store finished product in designated inventory locations while maintaining organization and product integrity
• Read Bills of Lading (BOLs) and accurately load outbound shipments
• Perform inventory counts as needed
• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up debris, restacking product, and cleaning equipment
• Follow all quality, productivity, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable climbing on and off equipment throughout the shift
• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a forklift
• Basic math skills, including counting and inventory tracking
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Comfortable working in dusty conditions and varying weather and temperature environments
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays when required
