E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to support day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product setup, pricing, images, descriptions, collections, and inventory data within Shopify
• Support marketplace operations on platforms such as Amazon and TikTok Shop
• Monitor and troubleshoot product, inventory, listing, and order-flow issues
• Assist with mobile app management, updates, and promotions
• Maintain accurate product information across all sales channels
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong computer, technology, and Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to learn new software and platforms quickly
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms
• E-commerce, inventory management, or marketplace operations
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
