Responsibilities:

• Press Operation: Set up and operate presses to insert hardware into products based on blueprints and documentation.
• Blueprint Analysis: Verify hardware requirements and correct placement using prints, drawings, and product documentation.
• Accurate Hardware Selection: Identify and select appropriate hardware for insertion as per documented specifications.
• Precise Installation: Align hardware accurately for insertion, operating foot pedals to secure hardware.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure hardware is installed flush, securely, and meets required specifications and standards.
• Counters Programming: Program hardware machines' counters to prevent missed installations.
• Organized Workflow: Stack parts on carts/skids, maintain a clean workspace, and monitor production status.
• Quality Responsibility: Ensure the quality and adequacy of your work.
• Personnel Policies: Adhere to the company's personnel policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

• Education or Experience: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, or at least 1 year of machine operator experience. Background Check: Successfully pass a background check (no felonies or violent history).
• Physical Agility: Comfortable with bending, standing, twisting, and lifting up-to 50lbs on your own.
• Attention to Detail: Possess great attention to detail to maintain accuracy in hardware installation.
