Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We are hiring a CNC Machinist for a growing manufacturing team in Shreveport, LA. Candidates should have experience operating and calibrating CNC equipment, reading blueprints, and producing quality parts in a production environment. Higher pay may be considered for highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and calibrate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain production schedules and quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas organized

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience required
• CNC equipment operation and calibration experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Reliable with a strong attention to detail

Preferred

• Fabrication experience
• Welding experience
• Experience with both CNC mills and lathes
