Location: Belleview, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Enjoy your weekends off!)

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As our Parts Counter Sales Representative, you will be the vital bridge connecting our customers, shop technicians, and suppliers.

• Drive Counter & Phone Sales: Greet walk-in clients, answer inquiries via phone/email, provide accurate quotes, generate purchase orders/invoices, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Technical Sourcing & Part Identification: Use calipers, micrometers, drawings, and catalogs to accurately identify hydraulic cylinder parts, seals, bearings, hoses, and hard-to-find components.

• Support Shop Operations: Partner closely with shop technicians to stage, pull, and verify parts for scheduled repair work, keeping shop productivity seamless.

• Manage Inventory & Stockroom: Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming shipments while maintaining a clean, highly organized inventory system.

• Vendor & Purchasing Coordination: Build strong relationships with suppliers, compare pricing and lead times, submit POs, and track shipments to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Mechanical Aptitude: A solid understanding of hydraulic systems, heavy equipment, industrial supply, or equipment repair parts.

• Technical Skills: Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers), read technical drawings, and accurately identify part dimensions and specifications.

• Customer-Centric Mindset: Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in parts counter sales, parts distribution, or technical customer service.

• Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with inventory systems, data entry, point-of-sale platforms, and QuickBooks.

• Detail-Oriented & Dependable: Strong math skills, self-motivated, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a counter and stockroom setting for extended periods.

• Ability to handle and move heavy equipment parts using appropriate lifting equipment.

• Comfortable using computers, measuring tools, and inventory hardware in an active shop environment.
