Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Maintenance Technician position for a Tyler, TX area company! We are a full-service staffing firm working with companies in East Texas offering full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. In this role, you will:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Inspect, adjust, and service equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Assist with the installation and setup of machinery and equipment.

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and assist other team members with repairs.

• Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and maintenance to support preventative maintenance programs.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a similar mechanical maintenance role.

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery.

• Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment installations.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to workplace safety.
