Furniture Installer – Express Employment Professionals 

Location: Billings, MT Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (OT as needed) Pay: $19/hr

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Furniture Installer to support a local client with commercial and residential furniture assembly, installation, and delivery. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, professionalism on customer sites, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and position office or residential furniture according to specifications.

• Load, unload, and stage furniture for delivery and installation.

• Read and interpret installation instructions, diagrams, and layout plans.

• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

• Protect customer property and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Communicate with team leads and clients to ensure accurate placement and completion.

• Perform quality checks to ensure all furniture is secure, level, and properly assembled.

• Follow all safety procedures and lifting protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous furniture installation, carpentry, or assembly experience preferred.

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently.

• Comfortable using drills, drivers, wrenches, and other basic tools.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

• Must pass background check and drug screening.
