🔧 Maintenance Shop Technicians (Levels C, B & A)
Location: Bend or Redmond
Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Pay: $25 - $35 DOE

🛠️ Maintenance Technician C (Entry-Level)
Ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience or recent technical school graduates.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and services
- Complete oil changes, fluid checks, and replenishment
- Perform tire changes, rotations, and basic repairs
- Conduct visual inspections to identify equipment issues
- Replace lights and perform basic electrical repairs
- Maintain accurate service records
- Complete company training programs
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of mechanical experience preferred
- Diesel technology training or technical school is a plus
- ASE T8 Preventive Maintenance certification is a plus
- Ability to follow procedures and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
- Valid driver's license preferred
🔧 Maintenance Technician B (Mid-Level)
Ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of heavy equipment, diesel, automotive, fleet, marine, or aircraft maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
In addition to Technician C duties:
- Perform preventative and repair maintenance on fleet vehicles
- Repair and maintain:
- Chassis components
- Hydraulic systems
- Air brake systems
- Suspension and steering systems
- Drivetrain components
- HVAC systems
- Refuse body control systems
- Perform light engine repairs and diagnostics
- Complete welding and fabrication projects as needed
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical issues
- Provide road service support when necessary
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of mechanic or technician experience
- Knowledge of diesel and gasoline-powered equipment
- Ability to perform inspections and repairs with limited supervision
- Experience with diagnostic tools
- ASE Certifications (T1-T8) preferred but not required
- CDL preferred but not required
- Valid Driver's License required
⚙️ Maintenance Technician A (Advanced/Senior Level)
Ideal for experienced mechanics with 5-7+ years of heavy-duty diesel repair experience.
Responsibilities
In addition to Technician B duties:
- Diagnose and repair complex multi-system mechanical issues
- Perform advanced engine diagnostics and repairs
- Repair and troubleshoot:
- Diesel fuel systems
- Hydraulic and electrical systems
- Air brake systems
- Suspension, steering, and driveline systems
- HVAC systems
- Emissions and aftertreatment systems
- REGEN systems and diagnostics
- Utilize advanced diagnostic scan tools
- Perform welding and fabrication work
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
- Work independently on major repairs with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of heavy-duty truck or diesel mechanic experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to independently perform complex repairs
- Experience with diesel emissions and aftertreatment systems
- ASE Heavy Truck Certifications (T1-T8) preferred
- LNG/CNG experience is a plus
- CDL Class B preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
