Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Insert Operator / Mailing Machine Operator for a commercial mail production facility in the Coppell area.

We're looking for someone with experience operating automated production equipment, preferably mail inserters, who can set up machines, troubleshoot minor issues, maintain production speeds, and ensure every mailing job is completed accurately and on time.

 

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, adjust, and monitor automated mail-inserting equipment.
• Run equipment such as AutoSET XT, AutoSET B4, Neopost 600, or comparable automated inserters.
• Load envelopes, printed materials, and other mailing components.
• Troubleshoot machine jams, make adjustments, and perform basic maintenance.
• Verify document sequencing, matching, and mailing accuracy.
• Follow production work orders, job specifications, and quality standards.
• Sort, tray, strap, and prepare completed mail for USPS processing.
• Record production information using computers, tablets, and company software.
• Assist and guide machine operator trainees as needed.

 

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating automated mailing, inserting, or similar production equipment preferred.
• Ability to independently set up, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions.
• Familiarity with USPS mailing standards.
• Basic computer skills and math proficiency.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift, bend frequently, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
