Packaging Associate – 2nd Shift
Location: Clinton, MO
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Position Overview
The Packaging Associate is responsible for inspecting finished products, packaging items for distribution, and preparing completed orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform quality checks on finished products and labels.

Package products according to specifications.

Stack completed boxes onto pallets.

Wrap and prepare pallets for forklift handling.

Inspect products and packaging for accuracy and quality.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

Ability to perform frequent bending and stooping.

Ability to perform medium lifting.

Strong attention to detail.

Reliable work habits and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
General Labor – Food Production
Location: Concordia, MO
Shift: 2nd Shift | 4:30 PM – 1:00–2:00 AM, depending on production schedule
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour
Position Overview
General Labor positions support daily food production operations, including packing, packaging, and handling products in a refrigerated production environment.
Requirements

Previous factory or manufacturing experience required; 1–3 years preferred.

Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and frequently push, pull, and reach at various heights.

Willingness to work 8–12-hour shifts, up to six days per week, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Ability to work in refrigerated environments for extended periods.

Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, face shields, hair/beard nets, facial coverings, hearing protection, and slip-resistant footwear.

Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and production requirements.
