Production Laborer – Wire Recycling
Location: Sedalia, MO
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule

Regular Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM

Training: Two days during the week, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Position Overview
This production position involves sorting wire for recycling and transferring wire from smaller spools onto larger spools. The role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to safely handle materials throughout the shift.

Ability to perform medium to heavy lifting.

Ability to perform hands-on production and labor duties.

Willingness to complete the required training schedule.

Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
General Labor – Food Production
Location: Concordia, MO
Shift: 2nd Shift | 4:30 PM – 1:00–2:00 AM, depending on production schedule
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour
Position Overview
General Labor positions support daily food production operations, including packing, packaging, and handling products in a refrigerated production environment.
Requirements

Previous factory or manufacturing experience required; 1–3 years preferred.

Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and frequently push, pull, and reach at various heights.

Willingness to work 8–12-hour shifts, up to six days per week, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Ability to work in refrigerated environments for extended periods.

Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, face shields, hair/beard nets, facial coverings, hearing protection, and slip-resistant footwear.

Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and production requirements.
