Industrial Painter – 2nd Shift
Location: Sedalia, MO
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, with Fridays available for overtime
Expected Pay: $18–$19 per hour, depending on experience
Position Overview
Seeking a dependable Industrial Painter for a manufacturing client in Sedalia, MO. Industrial painting experience is preferred but not required, as training is available. The ideal candidate will have sit-down forklift experience, a consistent work history, and the physical ability to meet the demands of the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform industrial painting duties following established procedures and quality standards.
- Prepare materials and work areas for painting as needed.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials safely.
- Perform regular pushing, pulling, and material handling tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Sit-down forklift operating experience required.
- Previous industrial painting experience preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated employment stability and a consistent work history.
- Ability to stand for the majority of a 10-hour shift.
- Physically capable of regular pushing, pulling, and handling heavier materials.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
Compensation: Expected starting pay is $18–$19 per hour, based on experience.
