Position Overview
Seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist customers with product and service inquiries, order processing, and account management. The ideal candidate will have previous office-based customer service experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone, fax, and email, responding to questions regarding products and services.
- Establish new customer accounts by collecting and accurately entering customer information into the database.
- Enter, confirm, and cancel customer orders, communicating changes to the appropriate departments.
- Provide accurate product and service information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and support daily customer service operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in an office setting required.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate customer databases and order entry systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with power equipment is a plus.
