Receiving Associate / Delivery Driver

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Receiving Associate / Driver to join our warehouse and distribution team. This position is responsible for receiving and verifying incoming inventory, maintaining organized warehouse operations, and delivering products using company vehicles ranging from cargo vans to box trucks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working both in the warehouse and on the road.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory for accuracy and quality.
• Unload deliveries and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with inventory control activities.
• Prepare orders for shipment and ensure accurate documentation.
• Operate company vehicles, including cargo vans and box trucks, to transport products safely and efficiently.
• Perform local deliveries and pickups according to scheduled routes.
• Load and unload products while following safe material handling procedures.
• Complete delivery paperwork, logs, and receiving documentation accurately.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Assist with warehouse organization, stocking, and general housekeeping.
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous receiving, warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving cargo vans and box trucks preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and inventory management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
